I have a hard time buying the San Jose thing but I guess it's possible. I'm actually living in SJ temporarily right now while the powers that be fix all of the months of cyclone damage heading up the mountain. It's no Oakland but it's plenty dangerous.

lol @ Santa Ana. Can't be dangerous if no one lives there.
