265 bench for 1 with 1-2 in the tank
245 front squat for 2 with 1-2 in the tank if my shoes are right
365 DL strapless for 5-7.

Down to 210 or less now. Still can get out and run a half.

You ever do fat bar to improve the grip, or wider grip on a regular bar when doing DL?

My last DL session ended at 336.20 lbs.. Can’t wait to get back to lifting heavier though..

I use fat gripz on pushes but not on heavy pulls. Wide grip is a constant for lat engagement, and my form is overall proper.

I’m not concerned with lifting max weights, but do try max lifts here and there. Just want to maintain muscle while leaning out. Don’t want to be lookin like Gumby or something.

The age old debate between BBs and PLs about diet - on one hand it's measuring every iota of macros and micros and the other is straight up mukbanging every day..

Middle ground of being lean + having strength >>>

Well the diets are pretty similar with the two, the difference is caloric intake. BB’s aim to consume less while PL’s take in probably 3-4x the amount of calories as a BB.

Except for juiced BB’s. They’re basically powerlifters with abs. Even Arnold says they’re not what bodybuilding is supposed to look like.

Functional movement and strength is most important these days to me. You have to be able to move for long periods of time while also being strong enough to build carry or drag something.
