As someone who suffers from chronic anxiety I have to say ashwaghanda really does help with calming you down

I also know the benefits of Chaga and mushroom cordyceps.. at times I’ll have a tea at night

I don’t believe in the hallucination mushrooms though no thanks

But i cant definitively say i can tell a difference thats caused by those things. I just mean that i dont feel shitty and then take em and feel "better"

Ive felt great for years. So i have nothing to compare it to in my memory banks.

I cycle ginseng, lions mane daily and if i forget oh well. And ashwagandha i guess i cycle it similar to ginseng.

And i have no schedule.. basically if i remember to take em

Also microdose psilocybin
Can you tell me more about microdosing ? What are the benefits you’re seeing?

I took part in a scientific study via "quantified citizen". The largest self reporting psilocybin study ever.

According to the survey, all aspects of my mental well being improved. They chart it for you so you can see the results over time.

I did it it solely out of curiosity, i dont feel badly. Purely curious. And according to the results theres been benefits.

My mental health is really good, my anxiety and stress levels are extremely low, even before the study. But even so the charts show even more improvement

I would recommend trying it for 3 months

I cant recommend because its a canadian company that wont ship to the US

But i microdosed with the brand "magic social club" theyre online and a local bc company

Mushrooms are sold in dispensaries in BC.

Id have to look at my account but there are numerous cognitive tasks, memory, finger tap response, and riddles as part of the survey. They test them over time. I can tell you that i personally felt better at the cognitive tasks after a couple months but i dont know the specific results right this moment.
...and 1 thing i notice, i can smash through the daily newspaper sudoku and a crossword in about 45 mins almost every day.... and not long ago it was one or the other... is it related? I think so. It feels like im better at solving both, but im aware its possible im just getting better with practice...
