After a long break, im 2.5months into my health and wellness journey again and 10lbs down

Waking up at 6am. 45 minutes cardio, either outside or on the treadmill weather depending. Then around 20 minutes of compound training. I’ll do a Kettle bell routine or a routine with some light 8lb dumbbells. I’ll sometimes do yoga in the morning with my mom.. maybe 2 times a week, and tennis lessons once a week.

Food is always whole, unprocessed. I’ve been drinking a green smoothing or juicing in the morning. Green smoothie with spinach, cucumber, celery, green apple, pineapple or berries. I’ll make beet, carrot, apple, ginger lemon juice. Or celery juice.

Vitamins right now are multi vitamin, fish oil, vit c and d3, biotin, collagen peptides, and probiotics

Feeling good, but hungry

You ever have rotisserie chicken? That’s one of our favourite quick go tos. Love the Costco rotisserie chicken and it’s cheap AF like $6-$7. It’s fresh chicken instead of the process stuff

I’m hearing great things about celery juice on an empty stomach in the mornings, any experience?

How frequently you do this?
I am training for a marathon so I run several times a week. I am just now incorporating single leg Romanian deadlifts lol.

I cant do distance running anymore, but for the past 3 months at least I’ve been following my bodybuilding routines from 2013 and they’ve been amazing. My splits will go like this typically:

Monday: spinning 545am followed by lower push workout either after or EOD (squats, front squats as main then ancillary workouts)

Tuesday: upper pull or lower push if I didn’t do it Monday followed by either an hour on elliptical or 30m on stepper

Wednesday: spinning only

Thursday: upper push or upper pull w no cardio

Friday: upper push w 30m on stepper

Saturday: hike or outdoor run

Sunday: walk at incline for an hour

Also, using avocado and hot sauce instead of mayo or pb is way better w chicken/tuna salad
