Today I did pushups and inverted rows for 5x5

Tomorrow will be lunges and knee jumps.

I'll still mix in a barbell for squats and deadlifts.

Honestly

Enhanced calisthenics really is the truth if you want strength, endurance and core work all in one go

Strapping on a vest and doing pushups at a high intensity > benching

After gaining 16 pounds in a month’s time from wearing and heavy lifting, I want to cut weight again. I’ve noticed get gassed quicker. Walking around at 198 is too heavy for my frame. I was more comfortable at 182-185 so my plan is to do high reps of calisthenics, focusing on core and endurance in my muscles, as well as more cardio-related work outs - I want to be 180 when I go on my next vacation (June) but shredded.

You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.
But it ain't about how hard you hit.
It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
How much you can take and keep moving forward.

Nothing like adding some heavy bag sessions if you're trying to get lean quick

Between work school side work and wife’s business, I am afraid I do not have the time. When I finish school it’s a possibility.
