I'm doing my own blend of 5 x 5 and speed training. Focusing on one big lift a day.
Example
Today I focused on Rows
Phase 1: 5 sets of 5 at 85% of my 1 rep max. (3 minutes rest)
Phase 2: 10 sets of 3 at 60% of my 1 rep max (3 reps done as explosively as possible)(1 minute rest)
Phase 3: 10 sets of 3 Plyometric Bodyweight Rows (3 reps done as explosively as possible)(1 minute rest)
Strength, size, speed, endurance in one workout is my goal.

I just walk 10-12kms 5days a week.

Haven’t done much lately been busy moving .
Usually I’ll bench, crunches, and do some shoulder or back workouts Wednesday morning when I get home from work then jump on the bike for about an hour later that evening.
Arm workouts(dumbbells) Thursday morning then another hour bike later that evening.
Bench, crunches, and shoulder or back workouts Friday morning and bike later that evening.
Saturday it depends on if I work or not I’ll just do crunches and bike for an hour that evening if I don’t work.
My work nights are usually 12-14 hours so I’m sleeping most of the day but I’ll wake up and do some core stuff before I eat and head out to work.
