has seared sesame seed encrusted lgtbq+ tuna, grilled halloumi cheese, brown rice, candied nuts from gender fluid pine trees, kale, power bottom pickled cabbage, quinoa, and some other weird shit like condescending shaved carrots.

was decent. Would have it again. Maybe this time reverse
That sounds like a very inclusive salad aka bomb

I’m currently eating lettuce wraps

Cooked some ground chicken with onion, garlic, ginger, a bit of sesame oil, a dash of tamari, dumped a bunch of cabbage, green onion, sesame seeds, and cilantro in it and let it steam. I’m putting it in lettuce cups and eating it with a little side of kimchi .. 10/10 would recommend

I am back to an IMF schedule with an 18/6 - 20/4 depending on the day, increased my protein intake exponentially and eating more steaks/red meat throughout the week (I used to only eat red meat once per week, now I am doing it three times). More fish as well (Instead of my original chicken for 5 dinners, fish for 1, red meat for 1 plus a mixture of the three for lunch). I am still eating rice but that is only twice per week, maybe three. White rice only, by the way. Lots of veggies - peppers, broccoli, spinach (I go through like 3 large plastic bin container things per week).
I like this, seems very balanced. I’ve been doing 18/6 fasts too
Nice.

Few vegetables
Few fruit
A lot of fried stuff

It’s really not good but since I was almost killed by police 13 months ago I don’t really care about watching my dietary intake

Eating some zucchini brownies my wife whipped up to satisfy the sweet tooth while maintaining lower carb intake.

They’re amazing.

We eat pretty clean.
