Yeah if that’s where the convo goes, how can you get to know someone if 40 plus hours of their week, you can’t discuss? Same as above two. And when it does come up, I don’t ask it that way “do for a living” I’m more along the lines of “what type of work are you in?” Leaves the conversation open ended.
