Zyc does marathons and shit

I dont enjoy running and the only running ive done lately is at the gym on a running machine for 5 mins at the end of my workouts

As a kid my parents and friends parents forced us into a distance running track club to keep us out of trouble. We would skip it to smoke ciggs and drink wine in the trees until our parent came back to pick us up... makes no sense I know lol

Yeah Zyc does for sure. I’m running regularly but not training for anything at the moment.

Used to run all the time until my knee went to shit.

Ive been putting a knee replacement off for a good 3 years now

Like once you break thru that wall where you want to quit and get that runners high.. shit is addicting

It usually takes me about a mile in tho to break that wall

I spent months after a breakup just running 4-5 miles a day.

Then I realized one day that I was 118 lbs and doing too much.

That said, running feels amazing but it's hard to program that shit with lifting.
